Privacy Policy
How we handle your information
Roch Breeding, LLC ("we," "us") respects your privacy. This page explains what information we collect through rochbreeding.com, how we use it, and your choices. We keep this simple because we are a small family breeder, not a data company.
What we collect
- Contact form submissions. When you fill out the form on our site (or the signup in the Puppy Playground), we receive your name, email, phone (optional), the interest you selected, and your message. These are delivered to us by email through our form provider, Web3Forms.
- Anonymous engagement data. The Puppy Playground page logs anonymous events (e.g., "quiz completed," "game played") to help us understand how people use it. These records contain a random session ID generated in your browser, the page you came from (photo or paw link), and the event type. No names, emails, or other personal information is included.
- Standard server logs. Like most websites, our host keeps routine server logs (IP address, browser, pages requested, timestamps) for security and troubleshooting. We do not use these for marketing.
What we do not collect
We do not use cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics on this site. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with anyone, for marketing or any other purpose. The only people who see your form submission are the Roch Breeding family.
How we use your information
We use the information you send us solely to respond to your inquiry, discuss puppies and reservations, and keep you informed about current and future litters if you ask to be notified. We keep correspondence as long as needed to serve you and our records.
Third parties
Form submissions are processed by Web3Forms (web3forms.com), which delivers them to our email. Their handling of that data is governed by their own privacy policy. We do not use any other third-party services that receive your personal information.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to update or delete the information you have sent us, or to stop contacting you. Just email or call using the contact details on our home page and we will take care of it promptly.
Children
Our site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Changes to this policy
If we ever change this policy, we will update this page. The current version applies to information collected from this point forward.
